The Helios Building is located at number 10 Avenida de la Aeronáutica, one of the main arteries of East Seville, very close to the access to the Malaga highway. The building consists of a ground floor, seven floors in height and two basement floors for parking spaces and storage rooms.

The area is very developed, with all types of services for business activity (Hotel, copy shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, telephone, bus lines, taxis, etc.).

The Helios Building can be reached using four different urban bus lines that, in combination with the Metro, connect you with practically any other area of Seville without having to use private vehicles.
